Who we are
Clovantis is a strategy and execution consultancy based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about this notice or about the data we hold, write to hello@clovantis.com.
What we collect
This website collects personal data in one place only: the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the name, company, work email, optional phone number, the markets and service you selected, and the message you wrote.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores two preferences in your browser so that it behaves the way you left it: your chosen language and your chosen light or dark theme. If you use the on-site assistant, the conversation is kept in your browser's session storage so it survives moving between pages, and is discarded when you close the tab.
All of this stays on your device. None of it is transmitted to us, and none of it identifies you.
Why we use your data
- To reply to the enquiry you sent us.
- To prepare a proposal, if that is what you asked for.
- To meet legal or regulatory obligations where they apply.
We do not add enquirers to a marketing list without a separate, explicit opt-in.
Who sees it
Form submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare database accessible to the Clovantis team. Where an enquiry requires a specialist in a particular jurisdiction, we tell you before sharing anything with them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twenty-four months. Where an engagement follows, records are retained for the period required by the applicable professional and tax obligations.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@clovantis.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority, you retain the right to complain to it.
